A high-speed aluminium day fishing vessel suitable for professional or game fishing in offshore conditions. Length 10.65 metres Twin or single engines. Has a knuckle forward to give a distinct apparance (see photograph above)
Construction is to survey standard with a fully developable hull plating, thickness is 6mm bottom and 5mm topsides, frames are 100 X 8 flat bar supporting 50X 6 longitudes A built in spray chine helps keep the bow dry with fine lines for sea penetration while also keeping the spray down.
Machinery recommended is twin Cummins Diesel's rated at 180 hp at 2500 RPM each to give a top speed of approximately 21 knots. Ideal for the serious offshore operator who wants to customise their cockpit and fishing rig to suit their specific requirements. Also suitable as a dive, or work boat.  |
