Fast Fisherman is a 24 foot fast timber deep vee fitted with a diesel sterndrive. It is the same hull shape as Flying Silver and is an excellent seaboat. Steel version also available. Can also be fitted with outboard. Single 135 hp 4 stroke or larger. Outboard could be on pod with boarding platforms either side.

Version also available with inboard diesel and twisted waterplane. Top speed 15 knots. Power about 150hp like new modern high speed light weight 4 cylinder diesels with down angle gearbox.

There is also a steel version. 3mm plate

Basically an offshore fishing craft with self draining cockpit and an open wheelhouse. Cabin forward has sleeping for two persons, but basically it is intended as a day boat.

Plywood planking. 12mm bottom 9 mm sides. Frames sawn 75 x 25 mm DAR.

Very much a man's fast fishing boat capable of getting you there and back quickly and in a reasonably economical way.
