Linda. Very simple yet smart timber and plywood 8.4 metre (26'7) smooth water house boat. Ideal as a get away for two persons. Aluminium version also available

Depth of sides 0.94 metres (3'1) Sun area forward 8 foot x 5 foot.
Sun area aft 8 foot x 3 foot. Sundeck above cabin 8 foot x 12 foot.
Length of house 15'8". Width of house external 7'9". Sleeping cabin forward 7'3" x 6'3". Fresh water 300 litres. Ideal for a 4 stroke high thrust outboard. A 15 hp would be adaquate.

Spacious toilet and shower space for size of craft. Generally fitted with LPG gas and water heating units (Junkers or similar).

Bottom 16mm ply. Sides 12mm ply. Deck and cabin sides 12mm ply. 100 x 50 mm framing. Simple to build.

Craft has drop down walk platform for easy access around houde boat.
