Question

I am looking at building this boat with a 4.3 l v6 mercruiser and stretch the length to 6.5 m- 7m. Is it enough power for this boat to cruise at 23-25 knots, also s it possible to get 300 + litres of fuel under the floor for extended trips

Answer

This design can be built at 7 metres. You can put 300 litres under the floor but I would not. However a lot of builders do. If the boat was going into commercial use survey it would not be allowed unkless it was in a self draining cofferdam. So its your call and your responsibility. I would put the tanks above the floor port and starboard just forward of amidships
