can this design accommodate a glassed ply floor/deck rather than a tread plate alloy one?
Answer
Yes it can. We would advise on connections. Basically a 150mm margin plate would be welded all around with the ply overlap about 75mm giving a 75mm gutter . Securing by Sikaflex bonding to a clean aluminium surface with 8mm ss fastenings at about 100mm crs
