G'day is there a way to minimise the engine box in this design ie short jack shaft? raise floor level/sheerline? what's the stability at rest like ?
Answer
Jack shafting the engine to the stern leg is an excellent option. This means you can walk around the engine box . Sheer line can be raised up to 75mm. I would not raise cockpit floor level as you want
