Hi there. I gather that the 128 is suited for outboard use. What are the min/max power requirements for this vessel with twin outboards. Thanks
Answer
Apologies for delay. The maximum power must now comply with the ABYC,ISO,or AS1799 requirements. Calculations give similar results. At 6.37 metres in length and 2 metres transom width the maximum horsepower is 180hp. So twin 90 horse power motors would be suitable. Min horsepower I would say ,to give a worthwhile result,would be twin 60hp approximately. Remember it is a deep vee so must have power to get it up and away
