i require a boat to do 30 knots with single engine is this possible on this boat

I assume you need a boat the same length as this,that is about 8 metres
Yes the speed is possible. You need a constant deadrise hull with about 15 degrees dead rise. You also need a modern high speed diesel of about 300hp with a doem angle gearbox. You will have to keep weight as low as possible.
