Hi, I'm interested in purchasing the design of Mackerel, I have just a few questions.
1. What would be the cost in Australian dollars for the full plans and PDF?
2. Is it possible to move the accommodation bulk head back one frame space along with the engine, so I can increase the accommodation area?
3. I am thinking of running a 4LW Gardner diesel with a 2:1 gearbox will this motor be suitable as far as dimensions go?
4. Do the full plans contain full size patterns?
5. Would it be possible to fit an aluminum wheelhouse to the steel hull and if so do you have any suggestions on the best way to do this?

Plan price at current exchange rate is Aust.$550.00 including GST. Please email us using the contact facility to discuss the pdf further. The accommodation bulkhead can be moved back on frame spacing. Moving the engine aft may present problems with the line of shaft . A drop down gearbox may be required. The 4BL Gardener is a big engine. I could say say anything for sure with out an investigation There is several hours work in this investigation. Let me just say that anything can be made to fit somehow. The distribution of weights will require a recalculation and additional structural drawing.We are not prepared to do this for the price of the standard plan but we can advise you over the phone or by email on the all the options available to you
